Pawz Parlour was born from our passion for pet and a desire to offer a grooming experience that prioritizes their well-being. As animal careres and true pet lovers, we've witnessed the anxiety that can come with grooming appointments. Our mission is to change that narrative by providing a service where dogs feel safe, loved, and pampered.

Nia N.C: With more than ten years of hands-on experience in pet care, grooming, and animal behaviour, Nia brings both knowledge and heart to everything she does. She’s also a proud dog mum to four beautiful pups who inspired the very idea behind Pawz Parlour.

With a background of an engineer, Nia has always been a problem solver at heart, and found herself searching for a better way to care for her own dogs, especially after noticing how stressed and unsettled they became after traditional grooming visits. So, the spark for something better began, and Pawz Parlour was born.
 

Preet P K: Being a dog parent herself, she knew the challenges of grooming first-hand.

She has an extra-large dog who has been with her since he was a puppy, and she often struggled with grooming sessions. To tackle this issue, she teamed up with Nia to bring a practical solution for fellow dog parents facing the same challenges.

Their mission is to make every grooming session a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and their parents.
